Our process
Initial meeting
Online or in-person, this first meeting helps define the client’s goals, background, and expectations. An intake form is helpful in guiding this initial conversation.
Contract
Once the intake form is completed, a contract with a statement of work will be sent over to the client for review. Depending on the complexity of the project, contract rates can be hourly or based on monthly fees.
Product Development
During the product development process, samples or in-person tastings will be scheduled. Once a sample is approved, formulas are finalized. Any other additional testing for product safety, shelf life, and nutritional fact panels will be created during this time. Supplier and co-man relationships can also be set up during this time.
Customized Support
Once all the product development milestones are met, the formula and all the processes belong to the client. The client can choose what they need help with during the contract phase, or update the statement of work as needed throughout the process.
